Natural home remedies for acute or chronic constipation

125 Mager quark, 1 apple, 1 teaspoon flaxseed, 1 teaspoon honey . Added the grated apple, flaxseed and honey in the quark mix it well. Eat this apple quark in the morning and evening .

Senna
